Smokin' Doc Thurston is a slide database of over 2,500 photos
from around the world that relate to plant pathlogy, tropical plant
pathology, agricultural development in the tropics, sustainable development,
and traditional practices of farmers in developing countries.
- Fifty
Years of Wind Erosion Research is an on-line slide show that
follows the history of wind erosion research by the US Department of
Agriculture at Kansas State University.
- This
alternative farming site contains videos (national and international)
added to the US National Agriculture Library collection between 1995
and 2000. The list includes short abstracts and the videos are available
in the US through interlibrary loan.
- An azotobacter
video is available on-line (0.38Mb QuickTime web quality sample)
or, a longer, better quality version can be ordered on a Microbiology
Video Library CD. A broadcast quality (520 line) digital videoon PAL
format miniDV tape with accompanying notes is also available.
- The
World Agroforestry Centre-SEA's videos: "Conservation farming
with natural vegetative strips" and "Landcare in the Philippines"
are available in VHS and PAL.

section) has numerous videos for sale
- Virtual Tours of Emerging Nutrient Management Strategies contains an expanding number of USA-based virtual tours (Quick Time for Windows required).
