- CICP
(the Consortium for International Crop Protection), which is made up
of a number of US universities, works with developing nations to reduce
food crop losses caused by pests.
- US
land-grant universities (those with agricultural colleges) are

land-grant universities in the Pacific are also included.
- The
Research
Group at the Imperial College of London focuses largely on researching
legume/rhizobium symbiosis and its impact on nutrient cycling.
- CIIFAD
(Cornell International Institute for Food, Agriculture and Development)
works with partners in Africa, Asia, and Latin America on programs related
to global food security, sustainable development, and environmental
conservation.
- PLEC

by the United Nations University that works with researchers and farmers
